Commando Double Stage Regulators

obtaining a steady flow of gases at the outlet irrespective of the volume of gases in the Cylinder, the reduction from the Cylinder and / or manifold pressure to the working pressure is achieved in two stages.

Each Regulator is fitted with two Gauges - one to indicate the Cylinder pressure and the other to indicate the outlet pressure
Salient Features : -

Stainless steel Diaphragm in the first Stage to absorb the shock of inlet pressure upto 230 bar. Neoprene flexible diaphragm in Second Stage for fine gas control.
Nylon Seat and Stainless Steel spindle in the Valve assembly capsule for leak proof performance.
Forged Brass Bonnet in first stage with forged brass alloys bonnet in second stage for higher strength.
Double protection through separate Safety Valves in first and second stages.
Tripple filter, one in filter and two wire mesh in the valve assembly capsule to protect the internal sensitive parts from any dust particles.
Unique Seat valve assemby for easy maintainance.
